CLERC is a non-profit institution devoted to the research and development of Chinese language teaching and learning in the US and to the promotion of cultural and educational exchanges. Established in the City of Millbrae in April 1993, the board members of CLERC are composed of prominent Chinese language professors and specialists in the US and China. Since its inception 15 years ago, CLERC has made outstanding contribution in teaching Chinese as a Second Language in the US.
