Is shopping on the Internet safe?

Using your credit card to buy over the Internet can be just as safe as using it to pay for dinner and a movie, as long as your internet merchant takes the right steps to ensure your security. This security feature turns on automatically when you begin entering your personal billing and shipping information to ensure that no one has access to it except you and nanhai.com. At that point, most browsers will display a "lock" symbol at the bottom of the screen to verify that the security feature is working. It will also change the page name to "https://..." The "S" stands for SECURE.

How are orders shipped?

We make every effort to ship your book quickly so you can start enjoying them. Orders received on weekend or Holidyay will be processed in the next business day.

We ship most of our orders via UPS. Ground orders will arrive in 2-7 business days (after the item ships) depending on your location. Express shipments are also available.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We're not going to put a lot of big words in our guarantee to make it sound better, and you're not going to have to read a lot of legal stuff you don't care about. You want to know what happens if you're not happy. Well here it is, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Simple.

Send us an email or give us a call within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. It's that easy. While we accept returns and exchanges, we do not pay return shipping or refund shipping charges. We pass our exact shipping costs onto our customers and cannot make any refunds.

Does Nanhai.com charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of California state in which we are registered, but not to any other U.S. state or the rest of the world.

We guarantee lowest online price in Northern California.

If you see any lower price online before you purchase, email us the link and we will match the price upon verification.

If you see any lower price online within 30 days of your purchase, email us the link and we'd be glad to refund you the difference upon verification.

Do you stock your inventory?

Yes, we try to stock every book you see on our site. In some rare occasions where we run out of inventory, we will notify you via email as soon as we can.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also take purchase orders for orders over $500; however, we will hold your shipment until payment is received.

Do you ship internationally?

Although our current online bookstore do not support billing and shipping internationally, we do manual transactions and ship internationally quite often. Because shipping fee varies depending on destination, it's a case-by-case sale. If you are interested in purchasing some of our books, simply email us a list of your requirements (listing out the title, ISBN and the quantity) and the country of your residence. We'll be able to give you a quote on the shipping and handling charge once we determine the weight of your total order. You may then decide if you want to proceed with the purchase. If you decide to make the purchase, please email us the following billing information so we can process your order:
1. Full name
2. Bill To address
3. Ship To address (if different from Bill To address)
4. Telephone number
5. Credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and CVV
6. Name appeared on the credit card used above
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is accepted. You will also receive a shipping notification email once your order is shipped.
